Group Fitness Classes
We're excited to introduce two new group fitness classes specifically designed to support longevity in Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, and overall life! These sessions will focus on building functional strength and increasing your mobility through exercises that maximize results and minimize risk of injury! Expect a supportive atmosphere, exercise modifications to suit all levels, and detailed instruction to help you optimize your technique and see real results on the mats and in your daily life.
Full Body Strength Development
- Day: Saturdays
- Time: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Upper Body Strength Development
- Day: Mondays
- Time: 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Leading these sessions is our certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Chris Zavras. On top of several years of professional fitness experience, Chris holds a BA in Science with a Minor in Wellness Management. Chris provides both individual and group training to a diverse clientele ranging from high performance athletes to older adults simply looking to maintain their health. With a deep understanding of fitness principles and a passion for understanding the human body, you can be confident that you are in knowledgeable and capable hands with Chris!
To ensure you receive personalized attention, each 30-minute class is sign-up based with a limit of 6 participants per session. Sessions are $25 each, with payment due at sign-up.
