Our Juniors program welcomes kids as young as 4, with separate Kids and Teens classes as they grow. Each group is taught at an age-appropriate pace that builds focus, confidence, and coordination.
Gi training uses the traditional uniform, so you can grip the jacket and pants, while no-gi is done in shorts and a rash guard at a faster, more athletic pace. We train both so you develop a complete game.
Yes. Alongside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we run boxing classes for adults that sharpen your striking, footwork, and conditioning. It is a great workout on its own or the perfect complement to your grappling.
